"Absolutely do not get a policy through this agency. They drop the ball and have no accountability for it. I hardly ever post negative reviews but at the point that I am having to come out of pocket more because of an agent or agency, I will absolutely let everyone know that this is not the agency that you want to hold your policy because if anything changes, they will not notify you. They will not follow up and will allow your policy to lapse and not care. They will politely let you know that you can start another policy with a much higher rate and will not even care to look for any discounts. I greatly enjoy my policies that I have with State Farm but I can not support this agent at State Farm. I appreciate your call."

I'm sure not all State Farm reps are like this but this one is. Proceed with caution and if they say something act immediately in spite of what they say."
