"Shopping for home and auto insurance is usually a complete nightmare but my experience with Lakisha Pate at State Farm was the exact opposite. From the start, she made everything feel smooth, easy, and stress-free. She took the time to walk me through every single option, clearly explaining what each policy covered and how it compared to what I currently had. What really stood out was how honest and transparent she was about whether a policy add on was actually worth considering or not. At no point did I feel pressured or like I was being taken advantage of. In fact, she even said, “If you choose not to move forward with us, I want to make sure you are well informed on your options,” which really showed that her focus was on my experience and making sure I understood everything not just making a sale. Because of that, I felt confident in my decision and I did end up going forward with them since they offered the best rates and discounts for my situation. I highly recommend asking for Lakisha Pate if"
